No parking for heavy vehicles on NH33: Jamshedpur Police

Jamshedpur, April 3: MGM police station in-charge Mithilesh Kumar Singh Sunday said stringent action would be taken against those parking heavy vehicles on the National Highway 33. Fines would be imposed on the owners of such vehicles and action would be taken against the errant drivers, he said.

The OC said parking of heavy vehicles on the flanks of the highway often resulted in fatal road accidents. He said there are parking places for heavy vehicles. Despite availability of parking space, many drivers park their vehicles on the highway, he said.
