Jamshedpur, Dec. 27: No COVID-19 death has been reported in the East Singhbhum district in the last 20 days as the death toll remains at 374. Active cases have also crossed 200 mark in the district.
On Sunday, East Singhbhum district reported 15 corona positive cases while 18 people recovered of the virus.
The new positives in Jamshedpur took the Coronavirus tally to 17489. 18 people recovered of the virus on Sunday taking the total recovery to 16910 while total active cases in Jamshedpur are 205.
East Singhbhum district administration has conducted 170963 test per million in the district. The recovery rate in Jamshedpur is 97% while the mortality rate is 2.1 %.
So far in Jamshedpur 464140 samples have been collected out of which 455104 have been tested and 437615 have turned out to be negative.
