Nivedita school students made aware of �Good and Bad Touch�

Jamshedpur: NGO Jharkhand Adivasi Motivation Initiative (JAMIN) has been organising free health check up camps, tree plantation drives and counselling sessions for students in and around Jamshedpur.

In line with JAMIN�s commitment to address issues faced by women and adolescent girls, a counselling session was held in Sister Nivedita English High School in Burmamines on 11th October 2018 during which Dr. Gouri Bhaduri, Dr. Deepa Das and Priya Nagarajan addressed the students on safe and clean habits during menstrual periods and also gave them important inputs on differentiating between �Good and Bad Touch�.

JAMIN is the brainchild NGO started by Dr. Joy Bhaduri (Pediatrician) with a view to addressing the Medical, Physiological and Psychological health of the rural and tribal population of Jharkhand�s indigenous people. They are very ably supported in this endeavor by Dr. Sitesh Chandra Das (Pediatrician) & Dr. (Mrs.) Deepa Das, Priya Nagarajan and V. Nagarajan, Monalisa Chakravarty, R. Chakravarty, Vijay Prakash and Brijesh Dubey.
