Nitish responsible for sad political scenario: Giriraj

Jamshedpur: Amid political uproar following�stepping down of Bihar CM Jiten Manjhi, Union Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Giriraj Singh on Friday said that the former Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was entirely responsible for the prevailing political situation in the state.

Addressing the media here, he said that the Nitish Kumar could not resist himself from staying away from of power. Singh claimed that Nitish along with RJD plotted against Manjhi Government to topple him from power.

�The situation only��shows that Nitish is power hungry and can go to any extreme to stay in the Government,� said Union Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, who was in city to participate�in a convocation ceremony.

Singh also said that ever since Nitish ended ties with BJP and came in the fold of RJD leader Laloo Prasad Yadav, the law and order situation has returned to the conditions that prevailed in 2005.

Sharing plans for the next Assembly polls in Bihar, the Minister said that the BJP wouldl contest election under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi and the BJP will form the next Government. He said that the political drama of JD (U) will lead the party to defeat.

Referring to the six Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (Prajatantrik) MLAs switching over to the saffron party fold, Singh said everyone is welcome in BJP but refuted at the allegations that the party had planned any divide in JVM.
