Ranchi, August 24: Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that the state Govt. is committed to implement the basic principles of ‘Cooperative Federalism’ of NITI Aayog. The state Govt. is prioritizing necessities of Jharkhand & implementing them. He said it while talking to Vivek Devroy, member, NITI Aayog.
He said that the cooperation of NITI Aayog is welcome for the implementation of better health, education,
nutrition etc. the state Govt. constitutes State Development Council for activation of the programs.
The CM had a wide discussion with Vivek Devroy. Das said that the Govt. is working on the policy of economic inclusion for implementing long term & short term programs. He said that , NITI Aayog’s cooperation is wanted in the making of knowledge city at Khunti & medical college at Chaibasa.
The CM discussed on women empowerment, minority welfare, nutrition etc. with the member.
Vivek Devroy, member, NITI Aayog assured the CM that NITI Aayog will act as think tank for Jharkhand & maintain mobilization & provide experts for the implementation of schemes at rural level.
Discussing the pioneering work of Raghubar Das Govt. he said that skill development program should go on every level. Present on the occasion Rajya Sabha Member M. J. Akbar said that the state Govt. has made separate policies for long term & short term schemes. Chief Secretary Mr. Rajiv Gauba, DGP of Police D. K. Pandey, Principal Secretary to CM Sanjay Kumar and others were present on this occasion.
