Nirmal Mahto Shahid Divas: Jamshedpur Administration takes stock of arrangements

Jamshedpur, August 6: In view of the expected arrival of VVIPs as well as political leaders, JMM top bras along with waves of JMM party members and supporters on Tuesday, August 8 to observe the martyrdom day of Shahid Nirmal Mahto at his Uliyan memorial, the district administration is on its toes while leaving no stone unturned to ensure security and smoothness during the function.

There is a strong possibility of JMM Supremo Shibu Soren’s presence in the event along with Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Tuesday, August 8, at the tribute function on the martyrdom day of Nirmal Mahto.

Considering the large number of supporters expected to attend the event in honor of Martyr Nirmal Mahato, the Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri along with SSP Prabhat Kumar and other district officials, inspected the venue and reviewed the arrangements. MLA Ichagarh Savita Mahato was also informed about the event’s organization and discussions were held regarding the arrival of guests.

During the inspection, the DC and other officials reviewed the preparations at the venue. JNAC Special Officer, engineers and representatives from Tata Steel UISL inspected the cleanliness, beautification, decoration, stage construction at the main venue, and other arrangements. Necessary instructions were given to ensure better security and traffic management. Measures to prevent waterlogging at the venue were reviewed, and arrangements for seating, barricading, and other aspects were also taken close note of.

Present during the inspection were JNAC Special Officer Sanjay Kumar, Additional District Magistrate Ravindra Gagarai, District Planning Officer Arun Dwivedi, District Public Relations Officer Rohit Kumar, engineers, building construction officers, and others.
