Nine new infections up Saraikela COVID tally to 3824

Saraikela, April 12: Saraikela-Kharsawan added 9 fresh infections on Monday as the district’s COVID-19 tally reached 3724. Total of 849 samples were tested in the district on Monday of which nine people were found infected of the disease. Of the nine new infections, 7 patients are from Gamharia and 2 from Saraikela block. Till date 3724 people have recovered of the virus in the district while 13 fatalities have been reported. Total of 88 active COVID-19 cases are present in the district and are under treatment at various hospitals and some in home isolation. According to reports, not a single recovery has been reported in Saraikela-Kharsawan district on Monday.
