Ranchi: Jharkhand cadre IAS Nidhi Khare took charge as secretary, consumer affairs today.
He was appointed secretary of this department last month. He took charge on Monday after the retirement of Rohit Kumar Singh. She has been Additional Secretary in this department.
Presently she will be working as Officer on Special Duty in the Consumer Affairs Department. Nidhi Khare is an officer of Jharkhand cadre.
She has been the principal secretary of Health and Commercial Tax Department and DC of Jamshedpur, Dumka, Madhubani. She has successfully implemented many policies of the government in the state and center.
