Nicco Jubilee Park Jamshedpur employees to receive Rs 22,000 bonus

Jamshedpur, Sep 21: Employees of Nicco Jubilee Park are set to receive a bonus of Rs 22,000, following an agreement reached between the park’s management and the Nicco Jubilee Park Workers Union. The deal was finalized after discussions between Union President Rakeshwar Pandey and Management Director In-Charge Rahul Mitra from Kolkata. This year’s bonus marks an increase from the Rs 20,000 awarded last year. Addressing the gathering, President Rakeshwar Pandey emphasized the importance of collaboration, urging both management and employees to uphold the Tata culture in their decisions. He highlighted the need for the management to prioritize employee welfare while encouraging staff to consistently fulfil their responsibilities for the organization’s advancement. The bonus agreement was signed by key representatives from both the union and management, including Executive President BK Dinda and General Secretary Praveen Patar.
