Jamshedpur: Meherbai Tata Memorial Hospital (MTMH), committed to elevating patient care standards, has introduced a cutting-edge Mammography Machine with Tomosynthesis at its Diagnostic Centre. The machine’s inauguration took place on Tuesday, jointly led by Atreyi Sanyal, Vice President of Tata Steel Human Resource Management, and Chanakya Chaudhary, Vice President of Tata Steel Corporate Services.
Dignitaries including Dr. RN Sharma, Chairman of MTMH, Dr. Sudhir Rai, General Manager of Medical Services, Dr. Mamta Rath Dutta, Chief Consultant and Head of the Department of Medical Indoor Services, alongside other esteemed faculty members from Tata Main Hospital and MTMH, attended the event. Dr. Sujata Mitra, Director of MTMH, emphasized the significant advantages of this advanced machine, which will substantially enhance the precision of testing for suspected breast cancer.
