Jamshedpur, August 14: Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Friday afternoon inaugurated the several police stations online from his Ranchi headquarters.
Jamshedpur�s Golmuri and Sakchi Police Station�s new building were opened. Soon after the online inauguration, a brief event followed by a lamp lighting ceremony declared the PS open.
City SP Chandan Jha, DSP Animesh Nathani, Golmuri Police Station officer incharge Madan Mohan Singh, peace committee members Dinesh Kumar & Appa Rao lighted the lamp. SP Jha said,�The new station has been made beautifully with several amenities.
It has a welcome room for visitors, a meeting hall, an officer�s cabin, separate rooms for clerks & officers, a mess hall for eating purposes and also a retiring room for police personnel. IG Dhaan & SSP Anoop T. Mathew had also praised the police station in the recent past.
The event also saw the presence of Jasbir Singh, Mahender Singh, Hareram Yadav, Ashok Singh, Satbir Singh, Balbir Singh, Gurdeep Singh, Md. Faiyaz, Shahi Adil, Akbar, Manjit Singh, Sabita Singh, Kalavati, Lokesh Verma, J.P.Singh, Rakesh Singh, Malli Singh, Probir Chatterjee, Kapil Kumar, Iftikar Ahmed, Vikas Kumar, Shinde Singh, Santosh Kumar, Rehman and many others.
