Jamshedpur, Jan. 9: Light plays an important role in human life and presence of light helps us to see and bringing back the sight of someone is same like giving back the life, said state food and civil supplies minister Saryu Rai on Monday.
MLA was present at the Manohar Lohia eye hospital in Bagbera where eye patients who have been operated were discharged under the NetraJyoti Mahayagya.
The eye camp was held in memory of KK Singh. Saryu Rai further said that the eye camp is a boon to the needy people of the society and congratulated the team involved in social work.
Earlier Dr. BP Singh and his team examined the eyes of the 122 patients and gave necessary tips on the upkeep of the eyes after the operation and provided them medicines.
