Jamshedpur, Oct 30: A team of 9th Battalion National Disaster Response Force located at Patna led by Deputy Commandant Shri Mahendra Singh conducted a lecture cum demonstration on Chemical, Biological, Radioactive & Nuclear Disaster Management at Tata Steel Security Training Centre.
Employees of Tata Steel and other Citizens of Jamshedpur witnessed the demonstration and applauded the same.
Mr BK Das, VP, Iron Making, Tata Steel and Mr Gopal Prasad Choudhary, Chief of Security, Tata Steel congratulated NDRF team for their capabilities, support and awareness initiative.
Tata Steel will partner with the NDRF and all other Government responders to prepare its capabilities for disaster management preparedness.
