Gamharia: An effigy of the Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif was burnt at Gamharia on Sunday by local social activists.
A candle march was earlier taken out through the local streets in protest of the Uri terrorist attack on Indian Army base camp. It started at Training More ground and culminated at Lal Building Chowk.
The protesters raised anti-Pakistan and anti-terrorism slogans and demanded stringent action by the Indian government against the Army and terrorists of Pakistan.
