National Medicos Organisation Jamshedpur encourages wellness through yoga

Jamshedpur, June 21: The National Medicos Organisation (NMO), Jamshedpur Unit, organized a yoga practice camp at Jusco Strip Park on Dimna Road, Mango, to mark International Yoga Day. More than 100 people participated enthusiastically in the programme and pledged to adopt a healthy lifestyle through regular yoga practice.

The camp was conducted under the guidance of yoga instructor Ganauri Prasad, who led participants through various yoga asanas and pranayama exercises. He emphasized the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life for overall well-being.

Speaking on the occasion, NMO Secretary and noted cardiologist Dr. Santosh Gupta said yoga is essential for maintaining a healthy body, a calm mind, and a balanced life. He noted that yoga helps improve physical fitness, reduces mental stress, and promotes positive energy.

The programme was successfully organized with the support of BJP Ulidih Mandal and Brahmanand Hospital, Tamolia.
