Jamshedpur, April 20: The employees of National Engineering Works in Gamharia Industrial Area today protested at the factory gate demanding payment dues pending since last March. Leading the agitation Sanjay Gorai said that due to nonpayment of salaries since March, the employees of National Engineering Works were in dire economic strait. Gorai said that several requests to the management had yielded no result. After the demonstration, a delegation of the employees met the Gamharia Circle Officer and laid bare the problem to him and demanded the immediate payment of their held up salaries.
