Jamshedpur: Work on broadening of the road between Tubes Division and Golmuri has adversely affected the communication of Tata Foundry Basti residents as the road under construction passes along the residential colony and the road connecting the main thoroughfare has been considerably narrowed due to which people of the locality are facing commuting difficulties and regular accidents have become the order of the day. Social organization, Jan Satyagrah president Manjit Kumar Mishra stated that Tata Steel Utility and Infrastructure Services Ltd (TSUISL) formerly JUSCO Ltd had been approached for correction of the problem but all that they got from the officials there were assurances since the last 10 months. The jan Satyagrah president stated that the TSUISL authorities have been urged to provide proper road facilities in Tata Foundry Colony and complete the drainage work at the earliest.
