Narendra Modi will keep special focus on Jharkhand: Raghuvar

Jamshedpur: As Narendra Modi is set to take oath as India�s 14th Prime Minister tomorrow, BJP leaders in the state have high expectations from the former Gujarat CM and are pretty confident that Jharkhand will see a sea of growth as the party is forming government in New Delhi.

Talking to scribes, former deputy CM of Jharkhand Raghuvar Das said people of Jharkhand have trusted Narendra Modi led BJP and have gifted us 12 seats of the 14 in state and now its our turn to show them how capable we are. PM designate Narendra Modi will keep a special eye on Jharkhand and it is high time we get that special attention in order to compete with other developing states of the coutry, added Das.

BJP MLA further said that state has rich mineral reserves and it could be developed as the richest state in the country and Narendra Modi will surely look forward to it.

Talking about Jharkhand legislative Assembly Das said, �We have been talking about it for a while and will continue to demand the increase of seats in the assembly from 82 (81 directly elected, 1 nominated) to 150 and would request other parties of the state to demand the same.�
