NAAC accreditation workshop kicks off at Graduate College Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Nov 26: The Graduate College for Women, Sakchi, hosted a two-day workshop on NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) accreditation, which commenced on Tuesday. More than 100 participants from various colleges in Jamshedpur are attending the event. The first day of the workshop featured Dr. Vibha Pandey, Deputy Director of Higher Education, Jharkhand Government, Ranchi, and Dr. Father Joseph as the chief guests.

Principal-in-charge Dr. Veena Singh Priyadarshi emphasized the significance of obtaining an A-grade accreditation for the college. She stated, “We aim to understand the procedures and best practices that can help our college achieve the highest grade and benefit participants from other local colleges as well.” The workshop aims to equip the attendees with knowledge on enhancing the quality and standards of higher education institutions, which will play a crucial role in improving academic excellence in the region.
