Jamshedpur, August 25: Famous bhajan singer Lakhbir Singh Lakha on Wednesday said that he might have settled down in Mumbai with his family but his heart still resides in Jamshedpur. This is the reason he comes back to perform in the city on one invitation.
It may be noted that Lakha worked in Tata Steel and lived in Tuiladungri. He was in the Steel city to perform at Har Har Mahadev Sangh’s program at Sakchi Gurudwara Ground on Monday.
Lakha was talking to the media persons at a city hotel on Tuesday. He said that there is a pool of talent in Jamshedpur and he is keeping an eye on the talent of city.
He will definitely provide a helping hand to them who will be capable. Today’s youth want to reach heights of success in one day but they should note that to achieve success one has to work really hard. Lakha’s two sons and one daughter are practicing music.
Lakha further said that he is planning to make religious film with Joginder Pal Singh which is based on Purnagiri Mata (Nepal Border) at Uttrakhand.
At the press meet Amarpreet Singh Kale, Raju Marwah, Jitendra Chawla, S Krishnamurthy and others were present.
