Ranchi, Jan 2: Mukul Lakra has been appointed as the new Public Relation Officer (PRO) of the Governor.
Deputy Director Lakra takes place of S N Jha who retired on Dec 31 while Paltu Mahto Assistant Director IPRD has been posted as the Ranchi District Public Relation Officer.
