Chaibasa, May 10: Deputy Commissioner Dr Shantanu Kumar Agrahari inaugurated the Mukhya Mantri Jan Samvad Kendra at district public relation office in Chaibasa on the auspicious occasion of Budha Purnima on Wednesday.
The people who are unable to lodge their grievances through toll free no 181 owing to poor connectivity or any other reason can lodge their complains directly at the kendra.
The Chief minister has directed all the district administration to open a district level Jan Samvad Kendra in order to resolve the grievances of the locals.
The Mukhya Mantri Jan Samvad kendra in Chaibasa would work from 10 am to 12 noon (Monday to Friday) and the public grievances would be uploaded on chief minister Jan Samvad portal at the counters.
The arrangement is an alternative to toll free no 181 for lodging the public grievances at district level which would enable the public living in remote area of the district.
Present on the occasion were ADC Jay Kishore Prasad, ITDA director Salan Bhuiyain, district welfare officer, NIC officer Sushil Kumar and DPRO Paltu Mahto.
