Jamshedpur, September 12: In a recent agreement, employees of the Meherbai Tata Memorial Hospital (MTMH), operated by Tata Steel and Tata Sons, will receive a 19 percent bonus this year. The bonus payment will be credited to the accounts of all eligible employees on September 20. Under this agreement, the maximum bonus amount has been set at ₹98,098, while the minimum bonus will be ₹54,779. A total of 80 employees are set to benefit from this bonus benefit.
The agreement was formalized with signatures from key representatives of both the hospital management and the union. On behalf of the management, Chairman Dr. RN Sharma, Honorary Secretary Nishit Kumar Sinha, Honorary Treasurer Nisha Kumari, Director Dr. Koshi Varghese, and Senior Manager Kamal Agarwal signed the agreement while on behalf of the union, the signatories were President Rakeshwar Pandey, General Secretary BK Dinda, Secretary P. Girishwar Rao, and Committee Member Asif Imran.
