MP promises LBSM College an auditorium on Teachers� Day

Jamshedpur: Lal Bahadur Shastri Memorial (LBSM) College will soon have an auditorium. This was announced today by the MP of Jamshedpur Vidyut Varan Mahato during the Teachers� Day function organized on the college premises.

Addressing the gathering of teachers and students, the MP said he will soon talk to the vice chancellor of Kolhan University to start B.Ed and PG courses in the college. He said he will also be approving fund for the construction of an auditorium in the college.

Also present as the special guest during the function was the MLA of Potka Menka Sardar. She said she was ready to extend all possible support to the college administration in improving the quality of education and facilities. She said the students should make maximum use of the available resources in the college.

Former MLA and the founding secretary of the college Sanatan Manjhi said the students and teachers should maintain a relationship of mutual respect and faith.

The programme was presided over by the principal Professor Ashok Kumar Verma who spoke on the importance of the day.
