Jamshedpur: A beautification drive was jointly inaugurated at CP Samiti Middle School in Cable Basti on Sunday by the MP of Jamshedpur Bidyut Baran Mahato and Chief Minister�s representative Pawan Agrawal. The school auditorium would be renovated at an expense of Rs 11.5 lakh.
Addressing the gathering, the MP said winds of development were blowing all over Jharkhand. Chief Minister Raghubar Das is committed to the cause of the poorer sections of society. The Central and state governments are on a mission to uplift the under-privileged classes and develop the country and the state respectively, he said.
Agrawal said the state government had successfully implemented many development projects in Jamshedpur East constituency. A lot of development work is yet to be seen, he said.
Among others present during the programme included Ravi Shankar Dubey, Shukla Majumdar, Aneeta Sharma, Probir Chatterjee Rana, Mohan Kumar, Saraswati Sahu, Sonia Sahu and Kapil Kumar.
