Jamshedpur, Jan 27: The block development officer (BDO) of Mosabani Seema Kumari has adopted Pandakocha Sabar Basti, a village under Matigora panchayat, on Repubilc Day. Republic Day was celebrated with fervour in the village. The BDO and other district administration officials joined the celebration. A sports event was organized on this occasion. Radhika Sabar hoisted the National Flag. The BDO assured to help the villagers in every possible manner.
