Jamshedpur, June 7: A case has been registered under Posco Act, molestation and doing indecent acts with minor girl against convenor of Mother Teresa Welfare Trust, Harpal Singh Thapar, chairperson of child welfare committee, district unit Pushpa Tirkey, Aditya Singh, Geeta Devi and Soni at the Telco thana.
A minor girl from Adityapur has registered a complaint in this connection at the Telco thana on Sunday and accused serious allegation against persons manning the trust.
Pushpa Tirkey is wife of the convenor of the trust, Harpal Singh Thapar. A video has also gone viral in which circumstances minor are forced to work at the trust.
Incidentally, a minor from Bagbera and another from Adityapur had escaped from the trust and were later rescued from Birsanagar Zone Number 2 by Birsanagar police and were interrogated at Sakchi Mahila thana.
The minor from Adityapur accused Harpal Singh Thapar of doing indecent acts, molestation which made her to leave the trust home along with the other girl from Bagbera.
Meanwhile, Pushpa Tirkey said that they were prepared for any sort of investigation and would be cooperating with any authorities on this front.
One Darsh Choudhary has written to the Union home minister, women and child development minister and Jharkhand government complaining against the trust and requested a probe into the activities of the trust.
