Jamshedpur, July 2: A mob of Sidhgora residents caught several youths harassing women and other citizens and roughed them up. They chased and caught one of the youths, identified as Raja, and handed him over to police later. They staged demonstration before Sidhgora PS to protest the incident and demand action against the culprits.
Sources said the residents took to the streets after being fed up of harassment in the hands of hooligans and anti-social elements on a daily basis. The residents said they were already worried due to a spurt in thefts in the locality.
