Jamshedpur : As part of the Mother’s Day celebrations, a healthy tiffin making competition was organized for the mothers of students studying in nursery where 20 mothers participated.
The competition aimed at making mothers aware of nutrional tiffin for children which could be prepared in short span of time.
The main aim was to show that junk food should be avoided and nutrious food should be taken by children.
Parents appreciated the competition and learnt from each other about nutritional value and innovation in food presentation.
The judges for the event were two high school teachers. The first prize was begged by Jaya Agarwal mother of Shivam Agarwal (Nur A) for Roti Cutlet, the second prize by Farhana Begum mother of Md. Wasiq (Nur B) for vegetable rice and the third prize was awarded to Abhilasha Mishra mother of Bhawana Mishra (Nur
A) for Chana Dal Guzia.
All the teachers of nursery section of the school played a key role in organizing the event.
