Seraikela: Former MLA Mangal Singh Soy inaugurated a PCC road in Sindukocha panchayat of Gamharia block on Sunday.
Many people were present on the occasion. The road is being built at the expense of Rs 1 crore. Soy said the villagers should keep a vigil on the construction work to ensure quality work.
He said the people should discharge their duty well to get good results.
