Minor crashes Audi into wall of marriage hall in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, May 30: A case of reckless driving involving a minor came to light in Mango’s Chepapul area on Saturday morning when a speeding Audi lost control and rammed into the boundary wall of Akka Garden, triggering panic among local residents.
According to eyewitnesses, the red luxury car was allegedly being driven by a minor at a high speed when the driver lost control of the vehicle.
The impact was so severe that residents rushed to the spot after hearing a loud crash.
Sources said a woman was also travelling in the car at the time of the accident. While no serious injuries were reported, the front portion of the Audi sustained extensive damage.
Local residents stated that the occupants stepped out of the vehicle following the collision and left the area shortly thereafter. The incident attracted a large crowd and became a major talking point in the neighbourhood.
The accident has once again raised concerns over minors operating vehicles and the growing menace of over speeding on city roads.
Residents stressed that parents must exercise greater responsibility before allowing young individuals access to vehicles, warning that such negligence could lead to far more serious consequences.
People have also urged the administration to intensify enforcement of road safety regulations, launch special drives against underage driving, and ensure accountability of guardians to prevent similar incidents in the future.
