Jamshedpur, Sept 25: The Excise Department personnel swooped in on an illegally operated mini liquor factory at Marangamali village under Kowali police station where several liquor manufacturing machines and other equipment, 600 litres of distilled spirit, 22 litres of prepared spurious alcohol, empty bottles and caps were seized. The factory was being operated from the residence of Bharat Singh Sardar who managed to flee the spot during the raid. A case has been registered against the absconding operator of the spurious liquor factory, Bharat Singh Sardar.
