Met office forecasts heavy rain in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Aug 11: Weather department has predicted heavy rainfall in Kolhan for the next three days till 14^th August. Partial and heavy rains accompanied by thunders may be witnessed at various places. As a result of continuous rains, the temperature is expected to plummet further and give respite from heat and humidity, said Met office sources.

Sources said the rain has given relief to farmers who were anxiously awaiting the showers. But this has marred the daily earning prospects of daily labourers and vendors who are unable to move out in the rains.
