Meritorious students of Asanbani Inter College felicitated

Jamshedpur: A felicitation programme was organized for meritorious students at Asanbani Intermediate College on Monday. The chief guest of the programme was the MLA of Potka, Menka Sardar. She said the students were performing well in studies despite many constraints. She said many of these meritorious students did not have access to basic educational resources.

The MLA gave a cheque of Rs 11,000 to the college administration for improving its library facility. She also announced that two common rooms would be built in the college under the MLA�s local area development fund.
Among others present on the occasion included College Secretary Thakur Das Mahato, Principal Kashinath Mahato, AK Dandpat, Mamata Mahato and Haradhan Das.
