Jamshedpur: As part of Telugu New Year (Ugadi) celebrations, Central Telugu Federation, a joint body of all Andhra associations based in Jamshedpur, is organizing a Mega Musical Programme on Thursday, 3rd April 2014 at Bari Maidan, Sakchi.
Eminent singers from Andhra Pradesh, including child artists who won many TV awards, such as G Sahithi, Nitya Santoshini (Nandi award winner), Surabhi Shravani, BAL Narayana (Principal, Music College, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh), Pawan Charan and Master Shashank, have been invited to perform during the programme. Besides the avenue for a musical soiree, there is a chance to enjoy delectable delicacies of the country being spread out at the venue to add to the melodies which will be rendered by the visiting artists.
Many noted Telugu organizations of the Steel City such as ADL Society, Sakchi, Andhra Association, Kadma, Andhra Mahila Samithi, Bistupur and Telco, Ved Parayan Committee, Sri Gouri Sangham, ABK Samajam, Bistupur, Jharkhand Srivari Seva Dal, Ganesh Club, Sakchi, Andhra Samiti, East Zone Telco, Andhra Bhakti Vani Mandal, Sonari Andhra Samithi etc. have come together and contributed immensely to make the event a successful and memorable one.
