Jamshedpur, August 31: Brahmananda Narayana Hospital, Jamshedpur, organized a Mega Free ECG Camp on August 31 at Narayana Clinic, Sakchi, to promote community heart health and early detection of cardiovascular diseases. The camp, held from 8 AM to 8 PM, provided free Electrocardiogram (ECG) tests to over 500 participants, a vital step towards assessing heart health.
The event featured the presence of renowned cardiologists, including Dr. Ajay Agarwal, Dr. Abhay Krishna, and Dr. Akhlaque Ahmed, who offered their expertise in interpreting ECG results and provided essential advice on heart health management. Participants also attended informative sessions on the significance of regular heart check-ups, lifestyle modifications, and early detection of heart conditions.

Dr. Ajay Agarwal, Senior Cardiologist, emphasized the global impact of heart disease and the life-saving potential of early detection through ECG. He highlighted the hospital’s commitment to improving community health through such initiatives.
Dr. Abhay Krishna encouraged everyone, especially those with a family history of heart disease or symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath, or irregular heartbeats, to take advantage of the camp’s offerings.
Dr. Akhlaque Ahmed stressed the role of lifestyle modifications in preventing heart diseases, while Facility Director Vinit Raj expressed satisfaction with the camp’s success in raising heart health awareness. “Early detection saves lives,” he remarked, adding that the camp empowered individuals with knowledge and inspired proactive steps toward a healthier future.
