Jamshedpur: The mega career fair cum seminar of Jharkhand Ab Tak news channel and Vinay IAS Academy kicked off here on Monday at Hotel Ganga Regency. The chief guest of the occasion was district BJP president Dinesh Kumar while the special guest was Zila Parishad vice president Rajkumar Singh.
Also present on the occasion was the director of Monad University, RP Maurya who announced to open a branch of the university in Jamshedpur. Dr Ranjeet Prasad of National Institute of Technology (NIT), Jamshedpur, and Nikhil Kumar of IIT Kanpur were present as resource persons.
Arvind Kumar of Unique Publisher India Private Limited said very soon a book titled �Jharkhand G.K.� authored by Vinay Singh, director of Vinay IAS Academy, would be published.
Many students were present during the seminar. They sought information on various technical courses being offered by the participating universities and colleges. As many as 16 different institutions participated in today�s event, said the director of Vinay IAS Academy.
