Jamshedpur, Feb 1: The medical examination for 225 employees recently granted permanent status at Tata Motors is slated to take place from February 5 to February 19. Upon the release of this information, employees eagerly flocked to the labor bureaus to check the posted list for their names and corresponding medical test dates. Joy and excitement filled the air as employees confirmed their inclusion in the list.

The Tata Motors management, in collaboration with the Tata Motors Workers Union, recently finalized an agreement to confer permanent status upon 900 employees. The list of these employees had already been disclosed, and the upcoming medical tests will mark the next step in the process. Following successful medical evaluations, these employees will be assigned to various departments.

An agreement, brokered between the Labor Department, Tata Motors management, and Tata Motors Workers Union, outlines plans to make a total of 2700 employees permanent, with 900 employees designated for permanency annually. The current list of 900 employees, having undergone the selection process, is poised to commence their medical examinations starting on February 5.
