Jamtara: At a district-level Saheya and CHO conference held near Durga Temple at Matri Ashram, Health Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari announced the construction of medical colleges in five districts, including Jamtara. He stated that preparations are underway to initiate the project soon. Additionally, he declared that Saheya workers across the state would be provided with tablets to facilitate their work. Minister Ansari criticized certain workers for directing pregnant women to private hospitals instead of government facilities and urged them to utilize public healthcare resources. Taking a swipe at the opposition, he accused BJP leaders of living in luxury while the tribal population continues to struggle in poor conditions. He assured that the government is striving to improve the situation.
