MD Ritu Raj Sinha reaffirms Tata Steel UISL’s commitment to nation-building

Jamshedpur, August 16: Tata Steel UISL (formerly JUSCO) celebrated the 78th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The event took place at the JUSCO Green, Tata Steel UISL campus, where Ritu Raj Sinha, Managing Director, Tata Steel UISL, hoisted the national flag in the presence of Raghunath Pandey, President, JSU, and the Senior Leadership team of Tata Steel UISL. The occasion was also graced by the JSU office bearers and officials from Tata Steel UISL.

The ceremony began with the flag hoisting, followed by the singing of the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with pride and unity. In his address, Ritu Raj Sinha emphasized the importance of this historic day and reiterated the company’s commitment to nation-building and contributing to the community’s well-being.

A cultural program was also organized as part of the celebrations. Students from JUSCO School, South Park, presented a captivating dance performance, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of India. The highlight of the program was the impressive Khukuri dance performed by the SRT team of Tata Steel UISL, which was met with great applause and appreciation from the audience.

The event concluded with a renewed sense of commitment to the values of freedom, unity, and progress, which continue to inspire the Tata Steel UISL family.
