Maximum efforts to save homes of the poor in Jamshedpur: Banna Gupta

Jamshedpur, July 16: A delegation led by Anand Bihari Dubey, President of the East Singhbhum District Congress Committee, met Minister Banna Gupta at his Ranchi office and handed  a demand letter regarding the demolition notices issued for 150 houses in Indranagar and Kalyan Nagar, Bhuinyadih.

Banna Gupta stated that the Jharkhand government was committed to the uplift of the poor. He assured that he would discuss the matter with the concerned officer and departmental secretary to resolve all issues related to the demolition of houses. Gupta emphasized that he would make every possible effort to prevent the demolition of these homes, noting that the residents were poor families who were barely managing to support themselves. He pledged to stand with the affected families, along with the organization, through their hardships.

After submitting the demand letter, District President Dubey mentioned that the problems of the affected residents had been conveyed to the minister, who has assured  prompt resolution. The delegation included Sunny Singh and Nikhil Tiwari.
