Jamshedpur, January 29: Matchday 27 of the Jamshedpur Super League (JSL) will get underway on Friday at the Tinplate Stadium, with a packed schedule of fixtures lined up in the Under-13 and Under-15 categories.
A total of 26 matches are scheduled for the day, including 10 encounters in the Under-13 division and 16 matches in the Under-15 category, as young footballers from across the city continue their competitive campaign in the league.
The action will continue over the weekend, with the Women’s League fixtures scheduled to be held at the Tata Football Academy (TFA) on Saturday. The remaining matches of Matchday 27 will then be played on Sunday at the JRD Tata Sports Complex.
The Jamshedpur Super League, organised with the objective of strengthening grassroots football in the city, has steadily emerged as an important platform for talent development. Featuring teams from schools, football academies and community centres, the league provides young players with regular match exposure, competitive experience and an opportunity to progress through a structured football environment.
