Jamshedpur, June 15: On the occasion of World blood donor�s day, Marwari Yuva Manch Steel City Unit took out blood donation awareness rally.
Present on the occasion President of the unit Krishna Agrawal said that the rally which started from Mango Hanuman Mandir traversed through various locations of Mango and concluded at Mango Roundabout.
Members of the unit distributed pamphlets on the occasion and made people aware to donate blood and ask their friends and family members to do the same.
Secretary of the Unit Sumit Debuka said that the main motive behind organising the rally is to make people aware of the blood donation and also to remove the myths surrounding blood donation.
He said that any healthy person can donate blood.
Convener of the event Mohit Agrawal said that the unit will organize free dental check up and blood donation camp at Moonka Mansion near UCO Bank on June 23.
Present at the rally were Tara Kishore, Sandeep Mittal, Keshav Kedia, Mohit Agrawal, Bajrang Agrawal, Ritesh Sanghi, Lakhan Moonka, Mukesh Agrawal, Pankaj Sanghi, Mukesh Debuka, Arun Gupta, Bimal Ringasia, Bharat Agrawal, Manish Bansal and others were present.
