Marwari Mahila Manch to host Dandiya Dhamal on Navratri in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Oct 3: The Marwari Mahila Manch, a prominent social organization in the city, is set to organize its annual Dandiya Dhamal on October 5, Saturday, at the Dhalbhum Club Ground in Sakchi. Scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM and continue until 10 PM, the event aims to celebrate the festive spirit of Navratri. Rani Agarwal, the organization’s president, emphasized the significance of Dandiya in the worship of Maa Durga.

This year’s Dandiya Dhamal invites participation from women, men, and children of all ages. Various competitions will be held for different age groups, with around 50 prizes awarded for the best dance performances and costumes. Open Dandiya will also be available for attendees both before and after the competitions.

Entry to the event is ticketed and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limited number of tickets.
