Jamshedpur, May 9: Marwari Mahila Manch, Jamshedpur organised a five-day summer camp at RMS School in Sonari. 350 students from nursery to class 8 were in attendance at the camp. Tiny tots were indulged in craft drawing, salad making, without fire cooking, making bucket out of newspaper. Students were also made to learn yoga.
Girl students of class 1 to 8 got martial arts training, self defense and were informed about good and bad touch which is of utmost importance in today’s world.
Open competition was also organised for all the students were they made sandwiches and cakes. Everyday students learnt to make lassi, sherbet and other summer drinks.
For their entertainment games were organized everyday. On the concluding day of the camp on Wednesday, students were felicitated.
