Martyr Nirmal Mahato’s 73rd Birth Anniversary today

Jamshedpur: The 73rd birth anniversary of the revered martyr Nirmal Mahato will be commemorated today, with a host of individuals from the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and various social and political organizations converging to pay their respects.

Ramdas Soren, the JMM East Singhbhum District President and Ghatsila MLA, disclosed that a significant number of attendees from diverse districts, particularly Kolhan, are expected to gather to honor the late leader. The commemoration event is slated to take place at Kadma Ulyan, where representatives and workers from JMM and other affiliated organizations will assemble at Nirmal Mahato’s tomb for the tribute.

A public meeting is scheduled at Shaheed Nirmal Mahato Maidan as part of the commemorative activities. The Martyr Nirmal Mahato Memorial Committee has diligently organized and finalized preparations for the event. In anticipation of the ceremony, officials from the District Committee conducted a thorough inspection of the venue in Ulyan on Sunday evening.

Ramdas Soren expressed his expectation of a substantial turnout, emphasizing the diverse participation from various districts, reflecting the widespread admiration for Nirmal Mahato.
