Jamshedpur, June 23: The Annual Prize Nite of Dayanand Public School (DPS) was organised in their school premises on Saturday. The program began with lighting of the lamp and Gayatri Mantra.
The chief guest of the program was Tarun Daga, Managing Director, JUSCO. He spoke about the changing scenario of the education system and teaching learning pattern.
The main attraction of the evening was the skit �Nirmala� based on the story by Prem Chand.
The Principal award for the best student in the Junior section was bagged by D. Sai Mansi (Std. IV). In the senior category Chandan Kumar (Std. X) received the award.
The award for the most Consistent Performance of the year 2018-19 was won by Sourav Kumar Dey (Std. X).
Present on the occasion were Dr. R.N. Sharma, Chairman, Jamshedpur Arya Samaj Trust, Prem Sagar, Gian Taneja, V. K. Mehta, R.C. Nandrajog, Rajiv Talwar and others.
