Jamshedpur, July 1: Manipal Tata Medical College, a leading institution in medical education and research, joyfully celebrated Doctor’s Day on July 01st, 2023. The day was dedicated to honoring and appreciating the selfless efforts of doctors and their significant contributions to the healthcare industry.
The celebration at Manipal Tata Medical College commenced with a special ceremony held in the presence of distinguished guests, faculty members, medical practitioners, and enthusiastic students. The event featured various activities aimed at appreciating the dedication, compassion, and expertise exhibited by doctors in their pursuit of healing and saving lives.
Dr. Pradeep G, the Dean of Manipal Tata Medical College, expressed his heartfelt appreciation for the remarkable contributions made by doctors across the country. He emphasized the importance of empathy, resilience, and continuous learning in the medical profession.
Furthermore, a felicitation ceremony was conducted to honor Dr. Jujhar Manjhi civil Surgeon, Jamshedpur and Dr Vijay Kumar Civil Surgeon Saraikela, who have made significant contributions to the field of medicine. These individuals were acknowledged for their exceptional achievements, dedication to patient care, and pioneering research, which have positively impacted healthcare outcomes and improved lives.
The students of Manipal Tata Medical College played an integral role in organizing various activities, including cultural activities like “singing for Unity” by budding MBBS students with events like singing and dance and band performance. They also expressed their gratitude and admiration for doctors through heartfelt messages and creative artistic expressions.
