Jamshedpur, July 1: Young Indians Yuva, the dynamic youth wing of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Jamshedpur Chapter, recently organized an impactful awareness session at Srinath University in Jamshedpur. The event aimed to motivate and empower young individuals to actively contribute to the socio-economic development of their community. Distinguished speakers from various domains, including industry leaders and academic professionals, graced the session and shared their valuable insights with the enthusiastic audience.
Under the theme of “Empowering Youth for a Better Future,” the session featured a panel of speakers who delivered inspiring speeches and shared their experiences, encouraging the young audience to reach their full potential and become change-makers in society. The esteemed speakers included Udit Agarwal, Co-Chair of the Jamshedpur Chapter, Young Indians Yuva, who delivered a thought-provoking address on the importance of youth engagement and their role in shaping the nation’s future.
Agarwal emphasized the significance of entrepreneurship, innovation, and effective leadership in today’s fast-paced world. He also highlighted the seven verticals of Young Indians Yuva, which consist of Rural Initiatives, Accessibility, Climate Change, Road Safety, Health, Entrepreneurship & Innovation Learning. Agarwal informed the students that Co-Chair and Chairperson positions would be selected from Srinath University, and they would lead the Yuva team from the university, supporting the students’ overall development.
Harsh Agarwal, the Yuva Chair of Jamshedpur, captivated the audience with his engaging talk, encouraging them to embrace challenges and strive for excellence. He emphasized the power of collaboration and urged the attendees to harness their potential to make a positive impact on society.
Sourabh Khirwal, the Yuva Co-Chair of Jamshedpur, shared valuable insights on the importance of skill development and digital literacy in the current era. Khirwal shed light on emerging opportunities and emphasized the importance of continuous upskilling to stay relevant in the ever-evolving job market.
Hrushab Mehta, the Chair of Accessibility in Jamshedpur, addressed the audience, highlighting the significance of inclusivity and accessibility for individuals with disabilities. Mehta stressed the need to create an inclusive society where everyone has equal opportunities to succeed, emphasizing that accessibility is not just a legal obligation but a moral responsibility. The event also witnessed the presence of Neha Agarwal, a dedicated member of Young Indians (YI), who actively participated in the session and shared her valuable experiences and insights. Additionally, J. Rajesh, the Dean of Administration at Srinath University, along with other esteemed faculty members, graced the occasion and contributed to the enriching discussions.
