Mandatory Covid-19 test for passengers entering Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Oct 17:  East Singhbhum additional district magistrate (law and order) Nandkishore Lal inspected the inter-state check-post at Rasunchopa and inter-district check-points at Hata under Potka block on Sunday.

The administrative official also took stock of the investigation of passengers at Tatanagar station as part of Covid -19 protocols.

During this, strict instructions were given to the deputed magistrate and police force about checking of the visitors for Covid-19 as per guidelines.

In view of the increasing cases of corona infection and the possible third wave, it is the effort of the district administration to allow the visitors to enter the district only after checking of the Covid at the check post and railway station, so that the cases of corona infection can be monitored.
